Expanish is an award-winning Spanish language school and study abroad provider with locations in Barcelona, Madrid, and Málaga (Spain) as well as Buenos Aires (Argentina). For over 18 years we have offered high-quality Spanish language programs and cultural experiences for students from all around the world.
Your Role at Expanish:
As part of our Admissions team, you will play a vital role in supporting our travel agency partners and direct students by managing bookings, processing payments, handling complaints, and addressing special requests. This is an administrative role where your organizational skills and ability to multitask will be key to success.
Account Management & Support:
- Maintain strong relationships with worldwide travel agencies.
- Assist B2B accounts with pre- and post-sale reservations via email, phone (Aircall), and in-person meetings.
- Ensure all registrations and reservations are processed efficiently, collaborating with other departments.
- Manage invoicing and payments for assigned accounts.
- Coordinate complaint resolutions with Operations teams.
Student Registration:
- Provide program advising to registered students prior to their arrival.
- Oversee invoicing and payments for students in assigned regions.
- Monitor student visa applications and ensure all pre-arrival materials are sent.
Accounting & Administration:
- Conduct regular accounting reviews and provide accurate sales data to the accounting department.
- Process invoices for commission payments, and record payments in the system.
Tools You'll Be Using:

Google Suite (Gmail, Docs, etc.): Daily collaboration and communication.
What we are looking for
- Minimum 2 years experience in Account Management, Back Office, Customer Service roles
- English and Spanish native level.
- A motivated professional with a proactive attitude.
- Ability to multitask and manage several tools simultaneously.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.
