We are looking for a Freelance B2B Marketing Specialist to manage B2B marketing initiatives. This role involves reaching out to new partner agencies, maintaining relationships with current ones, and keeping them informed about updates. The specialist will be key in building strong partnerships, enhancing program visibility, and driving enrollment growth. Additionally, this role will involve coordinating social media content with partner agencies to maximize our presence and provide tailored content with support from content creators at each school.

Key Responsibilities
Partner Portal Management
- Create and maintain content for the partner portal, ensuring accuracy and engagement.
- Manage product details, promotional materials, and resources for partners.
Marketing Collateral
- Oversee the creation of brochures, factsheets, and other promotional tools to support program visibility, with the ability to delegate design tasks as needed.
- Ensure all materials are consistent with Expanish’s branding and messaging.
B2B Event Support
- Assist sales in preparing materials for B2B events, and develop promotional content to boost attendance and engagement.
Newsletter & Communications
- Write and coordinate the design of engaging newsletters for partners.
- Develop communication strategies to enhance engagement.
Promotional Campaign Support
- Collaborate with sales and admissions teams to execute promotional campaigns.
- Create targeted content to effectively reach various audience segments, delegating content creation where necessary.
Social Media Coordination with Partner Agencies
- Coordinate content for partner agencies' social media, working closely with content creators at each school to occasionally provide customized content.
- Manage Expanish's LinkedIn presence by creating posts, articles, and visuals to expand brand reach and foster engagement with our B2B audience.
Requirements & Preferred Qualifications
- Proven B2B marketing experience, preferably in a general marketing capacity.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with graphic design tools (basic knowledge of Canva required).
- Ability to coordinate with external content creators for delivery of marketing items.
- Familiarity with content management and marketing automation tools.
- Proficiency in HubSpot marketing.
- Fluency in English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to delegate tasks effectively.
