At Expanish, we are a leading Spanish language school that offers immersive experiences for students from all over the world. We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven B2B Sales Area Manager to join our team and help expand our relationships with travel agencies and international education partners across Europe, Asia, and MENA. This role will play a crucial part in maintaining and cultivating long-term partnerships, driving market growth, and positioning our brand effectively within each region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Ownership & Relationship Management:
- Manage and grow relationships with existing travel and international education agencies in Europe, Asia, and MENA regions.
- Identify and onboard new partner agencies to expand Expanish's reach in key markets.
- Strategic Market Development:
- Conduct market research to identify potential collaborations, product improvements, and new business opportunities.
- Develop tailored sales strategies and promotional campaigns to drive market growth and increase brand awareness.
- Partner Communication & Engagement:
- Maintain continuous and transparent communication with all partner agencies, keeping them informed about product updates, promotions, and important business developments.
- Coordinate the creation and distribution of custom content to support partner needs, including marketing materials and product training.
- Event Coordination:
- Organize and execute online and in-person training events, webinars, and promotional activities to enhance partner knowledge of Expanish's offerings and boost brand familiarity.
- Representation at International Events:
- Represent Expanish at industry events, conferences, and fairs, actively networking to build relationships and promote our language school offerings.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Essential:
- Proven sales experience, ideally in the international education or travel industry, with a strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Fluent in English and Spanish (both written and spoken); proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain relationships at all levels, both with clients and internal teams.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Data-driven: Ability to analyze data to identify growth opportunities, refine sales strategies, and improve processes.
- Experience in adapting to changing environments, such as evolving business models, sales approaches, and technology platforms.
Preferred:
- Experience in international education or language schools.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
- Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles, from lead generation to deal closure.
- Knowledge of the travel and tourism industry, particularly as it relates to language programs.
