About Expanish

Expanish is a leading Spanish language school and study abroad provider with award-winning programs in Barcelona, Madrid, Málaga, and Buenos Aires. For over 18 years, we've been connecting students from around the world with immersive language and cultural experiences. Now, we're looking for two Program Advisors to help students take the first step in their journey with us!

📍 Location: Preferably Buenos Aires, Argentina (Hybrid) — open to remote candidates across Argentina.


📅 Schedules:

  • Role 1: Sunday to Thursday
  • Role 2: Tuesday to Saturday


Your Role at Expanish

As a Sales Program Advisor, you’ll be the bridge between aspiring students and life-changing experiences. You’ll engage with a global audience, managing inbound leads, guiding students through the enrollment process, and closing deals—all while working in a dynamic, multicultural team.


What You’ll Do

🔹 Lead Engagement: Reach out to potential students via phone (Aircall), email, and WhatsApp (HubSpot).
🔹 Sales Execution: Send quotes, follow up, and seal the deal to hit individual and team sales targets.
🔹 Smooth Enrollment Process: Handle payments and ensure a seamless handoff to the Admissions Team.
🔹 Team Collaboration: Work with colleagues across Spain, Argentina, and Brazil in a vibrant, international setting.

💬 Languages: English (for student communication) & Spanish (for internal collaboration). Bonus points for Portuguese, French, Italian or German!

KPI’s for your role: Response time, Conversion Rate, Sales Monthly and Quarterly target.


What we are looking for

Sales Experience: At least 2 years in a sales role in B2C, ideally in a fast-paced environment .
People Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
Tech-Savviness: Experience with HubSpot, Aircall, or similar CRM tools is a plus.
Global Perspective: Studied or worked abroad for 3-6 months? We love an international mindset!
Education: Degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, Tourism, or Languages preferred.
