✨Your Role at Expanish

As a Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in connecting students with our programs. You’ll work with a ready pipeline of leads, focusing on guiding potential students from inquiry to enrollment. This is a hybrid role based in Buenos Aires, with responsibilities spanning customer engagement, lead management, and sales execution.


  • Lead Engagement:
    • Contact prospective students using Aircall (phone), email, WhatsApp (HubSpot).
    • Initiate email sequences, respond to inbound inquiries, and manually create new deals as needed.
  • Sales Process:
    • Send quotations and follow up with students to close deals.
    • Update payment information when received and ensure smooth transaction handling.
    • Pass finalized deals to the Admissions Team for confirmation and processing.
  • Target Achievement:
    • Work towards individual monthly targets as well as team targets set for the month, quarter, and year.
  • Collaboration:
    • Communicate effectively with teammates across Barcelona, Madrid, Buenos Aires, and Brazil.
    • Use Spanish for internal communication and English for most student interactions. Proficiency in additional languages is a bonus.



🔎What we are looking for

Your qualifications & experiences

  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in a high-paced environment.
  • Skills: Strong negotiation and communication skills. Proficiency in tools like HubSpot and Aircall is a plus.
  • Languages: Fluency in English (for external communications) and Spanish (for internal collaboration). Knowledge of Portuguese, French, or German is a plus.
  • Global Perspective: Preferably, experience studying or working abroad in an international environment for 3-6 months.
  • Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Marketing, Administration, Language, or Tourism.
