Position Overview: The Study Abroad Marketing Coordinator is responsible for executing marketing strategies aimed at both business-to-consumer (B2C) and business-to-business (B2B) audiences to promote the organization's study abroad programs to the US market. This role includes managing SEO strategies, creating engaging brochures and marketing materials, generating leads, and supporting event planning and execution to enhance brand visibility and student enrollment.
Key Responsibilities:

SEO Strategy: Develop and implement search engine optimization (SEO) practices to improve the organization’s online presence, increase website traffic, and optimize program pages for search rankings.

Content Creation: Design and produce compelling marketing materials, such as brochures, newsletters, and online content, tailored to both prospective students and institutional partners.

Lead Generation: Implement and manage lead generation campaigns across multiple channels (e.g., email marketing, social media, PPC) to build and nurture potential student and university partner databases.

Event Support: Assist in the planning and promotion of webinars, study abroad fairs, and informational sessions, ensuring a cohesive brand presence and effective outreach.

Analytics and Reporting: Monitor the performance of marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, producing reports and insights to inform strategy and improve ROI.

B2B Outreach: Develop targeted marketing initiatives for universities and institutional partners to promote the benefits and unique aspects of the organization’s study abroad programs.

Brand Consistency: Ensure all marketing collateral aligns with the organization’s brand guidelines and messaging standards.

Collaboration: Work closely with the program development and university relations teams to align marketing efforts with current and upcoming programs.

Trend Analysis: Stay updated on market trends, competitor analysis, and changes in the study abroad sector to adapt marketing strategies as needed.
Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, international education, or a related field.

Experience: 2-4 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the education, travel, or study abroad sector.

Language: Proficiency in English is required, with native-level fluency preferred.

Skills: Proficiency in SEO best practices, digital marketing tools, content creation, and lead generation techniques; strong communication and organizational skills.

Attributes: Creative thinker, results-driven, detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools.
- Basic graphic design skills using tools like Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
- Familiarity with international education trends and study abroad experiences.
